Quick update.
Our main Biohacker Network Instagram account just got hit with heavy restrictions — and our backup caught limitations around the same time.
We're working on getting them lifted. Sometimes these things resolve, sometimes they don't.
Here's what we've done about it:
We launched another backup page so the community always has a place to find our content if something happens to the main account.

Why this matters to you:
Instagram has become increasingly aggressive toward accounts discussing biohacking, peptides, and performance optimization. Pages can lose reach, get restricted, or disappear overnight — and when that happens, entire communities lose access to education and research discussions.
The goal is simple: make sure the information never disappears.
If you're on this email list, you're already in a good position. If you're in the Discord, even better — that's where the core community lives and it's the one place we fully control.
But giving the backup page a follow takes 2 seconds and ensures you'll still see updates if the main page goes down.
