Fat loss stalls when mitochondrial output is suppressed, not when appetite is uncontrolled.

Fat-loss tools act downstream. When stress, sleep debt, and low metabolic flexibility suppress energy production, appetite suppression produces early loss and predictable plateaus.

The body adapts by reducing expenditure. Weight loss slows. Users escalate dosing and miss the lever.

The lever is energy throughput.

When energy production rises, fat loss becomes mechanically easier because the system can spend instead of conserve.

For the next 10 days, do not increase fat-loss dosing.
Instead:
• Maintain a fixed sleep window
• Add 30–45 minutes of daily low-intensity movement (walking only)

PS: If fat loss resumes without a dose change, the issue was energy conservation.
