The most popular "natural GH" stack on the market is built on two peptides. Only one of them has ever passed a human trial.

I want to be clear about what you're working with, because almost nobody selling this stack is telling you the truth about it.

Why growth hormone matters (the part nobody disputes)

Growth hormone is your body's repair signal. More GH means faster recovery, denser tissue, better sleep. That core is real. It's not up for debate.

And the stack doesn't inject GH. It nudges your pituitary to release your own, in your body's natural pulses. One step upstream of the hormone itself. That distinction matters, and it's exactly why this stack is worth taking seriously.

Tesamorelin: the half with a receipt

Tesamorelin does the nudging. It's a 44-amino-acid GHRH analog that binds the pituitary's GHRH receptor — the alarm clock that wakes the machinery.

And it has a paper trail. At 2mg daily for 26 weeks, two Phase 3 trials showed roughly 15% visceral-fat reduction versus placebo.

That's a real number from a real trial.

The catch nobody says out loud

Every one of those participants had HIV-associated lipodystrophy. That's tesamorelin's only FDA approval.

The famous 15% comes from a population you're probably not in.

That doesn't make it useless. It makes it unproven in your context. If you've been told 15% as a guarantee, you were sold a number, not a fact.

Ipamorelin: the clean half with a gap

Ipamorelin hits a different receptor — the ghrelin receptor. That's why the stack is sound pharmacology, not a gimmick. Two levers, one amplified pulse.

Its "clean" reputation is real, with one caveat. A 1998 study showed GH release without a cortisol or prolactin spike. Solid — but in swine, plus a small human dose study.

Here's the gap: ipamorelin has zero human body-composition trials. Not one. Every muscle-gain claim traces back to animal data, then to anecdotes.

Where the anecdotes sit

The anecdotes deserve a seat, labeled as such. A hundred guys reporting better recovery is data of a kind. It's just not the kind the 15% number came from.

So here's the honest model:

  • Real — the biology. Two receptors, one amplified pulse, a legitimate mechanism.

  • Anecdote — most of the results people attribute to this stack.

  • Sleight-of-hand — the single number everyone quotes.

All three can be true at once. The danger isn't the stack. The danger is a seller who won't tell you which is which.

This is why I don't just drop you on a checkout page.

Sourcing peptides outside the US and Canada is a different game — customs, regional suppliers, purity questions you can't answer with a marketing page.

That's exactly what the Discord is for. I keep a running list of vetted, region-aware sources there, and you can ask a real question before you spend a cent.
